Dr. Trachik completed his PhD at the University of Central Florida and his MA at Columbia University. He is a U.S. Army Major and veteran with nine years in clinical practice. His federally funded research on purpose, leadership, suicide prevention, and behavioral health has been briefed to General Officers and congressional audiences.

He co-founded the Military Health and Readiness Consortium (MIHRC) and consults with the RAND Corporation. In session: direct, strength-based, and built around your goals.

Dr. Mesa completed his doctorate at the University of Central Florida, training within the nationally recognized UCF RESTORES program. He completed his clinical internship at the Trauma Recovery Center of the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, where he received intensive training in evidence-based treatments for trauma and co-occurring conditions.

He brings over a decade of experience working with active-duty service members and veterans, offering individual psychotherapy and psychodiagnostic assessments. His approach is collaborative and client-centered,developing treatment goals together to promote symptom reduction and quality of life.
